How to book the Hall:

Follow these instructions to book the Simon Fraser Village hall:

Download and complete the Hall Rental form. Make sure to review and agree to the rules of the the hall rental!
Select "Event Hall Rental" or "2 Day Event Hall Rental".
Review the calendar for availability and select the date you wish to rent the hall and click "Next".
Complete the booking request, making sure to attach the completed and signed Hall Rental agreement.
The form will be reviewed and you will be contacted by the Property Manager to confirm your booking request.
