Follow these instructions to book the Simon Fraser Village hall:

1. Download and complete the Hall Rental form - include this with your booking request. Make sure to review and agree to the rules of the the hall rental!

2. Select "Request to Book" on either the "Event Hall Rental" or "2 Day Event Hall Rental" service below.

3. Review the calendar for availability and select the date you wish to rent the hall. Click "Next".

4. Complete the booking request, making sure to attach the completed and signed Hall Rental agreement.

5. The form will be reviewed and you will be contacted by the Property Manager to confirm when your booking request is accepted.
